1. Legal Notice
The Naruto Ninja Cards platform is edited and operated by Yonko SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 907 583 348, with its registered office located at 7 rue Mariotte, 75017 Paris, France, operating under the commercial name Sekai (“Sekai”).

2. Definitions
Capitalized terms used herein shall have the respective meanings specified below or elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”):
- Account: A User’s digital interface on the Platform.
- Platform: The Progressive Web Platform (PWA) operated by Yonko, which provides features such as Card collection, opening scrolls, creating sub-collections, and a Marketplace (planned for future release).
- Card: A digital collectible item representing a Naruto character or element.
- Scroll: A virtual item that can be opened to reveal Cards or Resources.
- Sub-Collection: A grouping of Cards based on specific themes or criteria within the Platform.
- Marketplace: A future functionality allowing Users to trade Cards with each other.
- Resources: Digital items or advantages, such as card skins or upgrades, that enhance the Platform experience.
- User: Any natural or legal person accessing or using the Platform.
3. Purpose and Scope
- Sekai operates the Platform, a digital experience for fans of Naruto, enabling Users to collect, manage, and interact with Cards and Resources. The purpose of the T&Cs is to define the conditions under which the Platform may be accessed and used, as well as to define the rights and obligations of Users and Sekai in this context.
- It is understood that the T&Cs solely regulate the relationship between Users and Sekai and do not govern any relationship of any kind (e.g., contractual) that may arise (i) between Users and third-party services (including the Wallet operator) and (ii) between Users on the Marketplace.
- In case of any question or doubt, Users can contact Sekai at support@narutoninjacards.com. If Users don’t fully understand the proper functioning of the Platform, they should refrain from using it.
- Also, Users must understand that all information and/or data provided on the Platform are indicators only and nothing can be interpreted as a recommendation or advice on the opportunity, modalities nor consequences of a purchase or any other specific action.
4. Characteristics of the Platform
4.1. Card Collection and Sub-Collections
- The Platform allows Users to collect and manage Cards.
- Users can organize their Cards into Sub-Collections based on themes, rarity, or other criteria.
4.2. Opening Scrolls
- Users may open Scrolls to reveal Cards or Resources. Scrolls can be earned or purchased on the Platform.
4.3. Marketplace (Future Feature)
- A Marketplace functionality is planned to enable peer-to-peer trading of Cards. Yonko does not act as a party in these transactions but reserves the right to intervene in case of violations of these T&Cs.
4.4. Integration into Future Experiences
- Cards collected on the Platform are planned for integration into a future interactive mobile experience, providing additional ways to utilize and enjoy them.
5. Acceptance and Amendment
5.1. Acceptance
- Users must carefully read and fully and unconditionally accept these T&Cs, which apply to any use of the Platform. The T&Cs are accessible at any time on the Platform and will prevail over any other version or any other contradictory document.
- Users guarantee that they have, in their country, the capacity to contract with Sekai, and declare that they have read and accepted without restriction of reservation the T&Cs by ticking the relevant case when creating an Account on the Platform.
- Minors below the age of fifteen (15) must obtain a parent or legal guardian's permission and supervision before using the Platform.
5.2. Amendment
- In order to improve their features and quality, or for any other reason, Sekai can modify the Platform. Sekai may add, remove or replace certain functions at any time. When the changes are significant, Sekai will inform Users of changes before the new version comes into force.
- If they do not agree with the changes, Users will be able to terminate the T&Cs by any means and delete their Account. Termination of the T&Cs by a User shall not give rise to any compensation.
6. Onboarding
6.1. Account Creation
- To access the Platform, Users must create an Account and provide accurate and up-to-date information, including a valid email address.
- Users undertake to provide truthful and lawful information and to update them in case of changes. They understand that Sekai may refuse to open a User Account for any legal reason, which may not give rise to any damages.
- The use of the Account must be individual and a User must not use more than one Account. Sekai may revoke a User if he/she is suspected of using multiple Accounts.
6.2. Account Security
- Users are responsible for the security of their Account credentials, which must not be disclosed to anyone. Users agree to take all measures to secure access to their login and password and must set up two-factor authentication.
- Users are fully responsible for all actions taken through their Accounts. If they suspect a security breach and fraudulent use of their Account, Users must immediately report to Sekai. Users understand that if the security of a User Account has been compromised, Sekai will need to take all necessary steps, which can include the deletion of the Account and/or related data.
6.2. Suspension or deletion
- Users must comply with the terms of this section for the entire duration of their use of the Platform. They understand that access to the Platform will be suspended in the conditions set out below if they do not comply with the eligibility criteria anymore.
- Without excluding other coercive measures, Sekai reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or block a User Account in case of a breach of these T&Cs or any other fraudulent or harmful behavior.
- The deletion of an Account due to a breach by a User may result in the irreversible deletion of all of the User's Account data, which will not give rise to any compensation.
- In such cases and if permitted, Sekai will make its best efforts to inform the User of the measure to the e-mail address associated with the Account, indicating the reason and the duration of the measure. Users understand that Sekai might be prohibited by law or by an authority to inform the User of the reasons for the measures taken.
7. Sekai's commitments and liability
- Sekai undertakes to perform its obligations with the care normally expected from a professional in his professional field and to comply with the professional customs in force and will make its best efforts to make the Platform available to the Users and ensure its security, accessibility and proper operation.
- However, Users understand that due to the specific characteristics of the Internet and telecommunications networks, Sekai cannot guarantee the continuous availability of the Platform.
- Users are informed that the Platform can be suspended or terminated in case of:
- an actual or suspected security breach;
- an actual or potential breakdown of the Platform;
- maintenance or update intervention required for the proper operation of the Platform;
- a force majeure event or any other unforeseeable and unavoidable behavior on the part of a User or a third party.
- Sekai cannot be held liable for the consequences of such events, including the loss of data or assets.
- Furthermore, Sekai will not be liable for the harmful consequences of the suspension or termination of the Platform by Sekai due to a change in the applicable legislation.
- Sekai undertakes to repair all direct damages caused to a User by Sekai's breach of its obligations under the T&Cs or by its fault or negligence. However, Users understand that Sekai will not, in any circumstance, be held liable for any indirect damages and losses suffered by the User (including earning or profit losses or commercial damages).
8. Users Commitments and Liability
- Users guarantee that they will, during the entire duration of the T&Cs:
- comply with the laws and regulations in force in the country in which they are located;
- refrain from all kind of fraudulent activities;
- make an individual use of the Platform and not sign up with multiple Accounts;
- implement all measures that might safeguard the security and confidentiality of their personal information and passwords;
- be of legal age, or have obtained a parent or legal guardian authorisation and supervision, and have the capacity to enter into an agreement with Sekai and as the case may be, with other Users, in accordance with the laws of the country in which they are located;
- provide information that is truthful, accurate and free from error when interacting in and with the Platform and keep this information up-to-date;
- Publish illicit and non-infringing content;
- use the Platform in accordance with its intended purpose and objective.
- Users understand and accept that the following acts are strictly prohibited:
- Any behavior that disrupts, suspends, slows or prevents the continuity of the Platform;
- the publication of illicit content (see Section “Illicit Content”);
- any intrusion or attempted intrusion into Sekai's information systems;
- any action placing a disproportionate load on Sekai's digital infrastructures;
- any infringement of the security and authentication measures;
- any act infringing Sekai's rights and financial interests, whether commercial or legal;
- any infringement of Sekai or a third party intellectual property rights (see Section “Intellectual
- property”);
- any copying and/or misappropriation of the Platform and/or Sekai's digital infrastructure;
- more generally, any practice of misusing the Platform, for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
- Users guarantee Sekai and its affiliates against any complaints, claims, actions and/or demands that they may suffer due to the Users breach of any of their obligations under these T&Cs. Users undertake to indemnify Sekai for any direct damage suffered due to such a breach.
9. Termination and Suspension
- The T&Cs are entered into for an indefinite term and will stay in force as long as the User accesses and uses the Platform.
- Users may terminate these T&Cs at any time by sending an email. After doing so, Users shall not access the Platform.
- Without prejudice to any other action, Sekai may terminate these T&Cs and permanently revoke the User’s access to all or part of the Platform in case of a material breach of their provisions, and in particular in case of a breach of the sections entitled “User’s Commitments” and “Intellectual Property”. Also, in the event of a change in the applicable regulations and the interpretation made thereof by the relevant regulatory authority, affecting the capacity of Sekai or its employees to operate the Platform, the T&Cs will automatically be terminated.
- Upon termination of the T&Cs by any party, the User will not be able to access the Platform. All transactions initiated before the termination date will be executed in compliance with the T&Cs. Any attempt to circumvent or bypass the termination of the T&Cs with another Account will result in the blockage of the User.
- Termination implies the deletion of the Users Account.
- Unless in the case of a proven fault by Sekai, termination of the T&Cs shall not result, in any event, in any compensation from Sekai to a User.
10. Resources
- Users understand that they are only authorized to use, display, and transfer the File as part of the use, display, and transfer (as applicable) of the resource embedding such File.
- For the avoidance of doubts, this license does not grant any more rights than expressed herein in particular does not allow any modification, reproduction, or representation in any form of all or part of the File.
- Furthermore, Users understand and agree that additional restrictions on the use of the File may be later imposed to ensure compliance with the license granted by the licensor. Users expressly agree to comply with all such restrictions from the date of email notification of such restrictions by Sekai.
11. Illicit content
- Throughout the Platform, Sekai makes available to the public an information society service within the meaning of Directive 2000/31/CE Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2000 on certain legal aspects of information society services, in particular electronic commerce, in the Internal Market (Directive on electronic commerce).
- Consequently, Sekai shall not be liable in the event of illicit content published on the Platform that would violate applicable legislative or regulatory provisions or that would cause any prejudice to a User or a third party.
- Users must refrain from publishing illicit content and are invited to notify illicit content and in particular content:
- Making the apology of crimes against humanity;
- Inviting to commit acts of terrorism or their apology;
- Encouraging racial hate or hate against individuals because of their gender, their sexual orientation or identity or their handicap;
- Of child pornography, content encouraging violence, in particular, encouraging sexist or sexual violence and content against human dignity;
- Having a violent or pornographic character;
- Aimed attacking legal or natural persons, in particular, defamatory content and insults;
- Against public order or good morals;
- Infringing intellectual property rights.
- Any User knowing illicit content must notify such content to Sekai by email.
12. Notifications and claims
- All claims related to the use of the Platform, including all knowledge of illicit content, must be sent by email to support@narutoninjacards.com. To enable Sekai to process them efficiently, all Users notifications must include:
- Their first and last name, their username and email address;
- The reasons for the complaint; ●
- The date of the alleged damage and its amount, as the case may be;
- Any other element relevant to Sekai for processing of the notification
- Upon receipt of the notification, Sekai will inquire about the reasons and the alleged damage in the
- If necessary, Sekai may ask the User for any documents and information likely to facilitate the resolution of the complaint, which should be sent to the dedicated email address. If Users do not respond to the requests, Sekai reserves the right to decide on the outcome of the claim.
- Users understand that, when removing access to content in response to a report, Sekai will inform the User who notified the content and the person who posted the content of the decision and the reasons for that decision. Sekai may provide information related to the notifying party’s request to the person whoposted the content.
- Furthermore, Users are informed that Sekai will retain the content of notifications for five (5) years from the date of resolution of the claim or termination of the T&Cs for legal reasons.
13. Personal data
- Use of the Platform implies the collection and processing of Users’ data. Please consult Sekai's privacy policy for information on User's data processing and User's rights.
14. Right of withdrawal
- By purchasing a Card or Resource on the Platform, Users therefore, expressly waive their right of withdrawal.
15. Applicable Law
15.1. Disputes
- Any dispute in relation to the use of the Platform must first be submitted to Sekai by email.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved, Users may use the European Union Commission’s mediation service which has the purpose of collecting claims from consumers and transmitting their cases to national mediators.

15.1. Jurisdiction
- The T&Cs are governed by and interpreted according to French laws. Unless otherwise provided by law, any conflict or dispute related to the T&Cs will be submitted to the Paris courts.
16. Miscellaneous
16.1. Nullity
- If any provision of the T&Cs is held invalid or void by a modification of legislation, regulation or by a court decision, the remainder of these T&Cs will not be affected thereby as well as compliance with the T&Cs.
16.2. Assignment
- Users may not assign or transfer the T&Cs to a third party without the prior written consent of Sekai.
- In the event of (i) a merger by formation of a new company, contribution, partial contribution of assets, merger by acquisition, asset spin-off, or any other operation entailing a universal transfer of Sekai’s assets or (ii) any operation entailing a direct or indirect change of control affecting Sekai, the contractual relations will persist without it being necessary to inform or obtain the consent of the Users.
